HIGHLIGHTS:

FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

Through the purchase of Insurance and/or other Financial Contracts, the Investor is provided a full RETURN of PRINCIPAL, and because maturity values of all Contracts are GUARANTEED, these values are not subject to market risk or fluctuations of any kind. The Payment amount to Investors or their Beneficiaries will always be equal to, or greater than the Principal amount of the Project Investment Capital.

Given the success of the Business Project, the Investor not only has an INSURED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, but potentially an even greater return from the success of the prospering Business i.e., The Best of Both Worlds…….which may include tax advantages or other incentives.

In addition to removing the Risk out of Risk Capital, other potential benefits may be considered. Since Investors / Lenders utilizing this concept are Insuring their Investment against Loss of Principal……this opportunity is especially attractive to New Ventures, Speculative Investments and Real Estate Projects.

This HEDGE or Sinking Fund Protection will offset and eliminate the Full Loss of Investment Principal making it easier to consider FAMILY, FRIENDS or SELF-FUNDING, as access to Capital from Individual Self-Directed IRA Funds and other Qualified Institutional Retirement Funding Plans may now be considered by either the Investor or the Project Principal.

The Collateral Instrument and Trust that are provided as a condition of a Lender Granting a Loan or an Investor Making an Investment, are distributed to the Beneficiaries at maturity and are not subject to Bankruptcy or Creditor Claims of the Lender or the Company issuing it shares.

FLEXIBLE TRUST OPTIONS:

Custodial Trusts are established with FEDERALLY INSURED BANKS with Holding Company relationships of 150 years……they serve to distribute the Funds Administered through the Funding Services Company.

The Beneficial Interest in the Trust may be assigned or transferred subject to Business Project Performance or Investment Return Criteria as mutually agreed……such that the Guaranty is not a frozen asset and therefore, may provide LIQUIDITY if necessary prior to Termination of the Trust, or maturity of the Underlying Contract of Insurance.

The Investor position may be offered the opportunity to Exchange the Guaranty Benefits for additional shares (equity) in the Issuing Company at the original offering price once the Company has proven itself.

Companies offering the Guarantee for INVESTOR BENEFITS may provide the opportunity for the Guaranty Benefits to be transferred to the Company when certain pre-determined and approved bench-marks are achieved. Thus, a built-in Secondary Fund Raising is readily available.

This opportunity is even designed to work in conjunction with the Participating Projects’ Private Stock Offering to raise funds if necessary, and Guarantee Repayment of Capital and Stock Appreciation, if any.

The Program can also be utilized without the Private Stock Offering, in which case, the Program Guarantees the Repayment of 100% of Contributed Capital. Similar to the Trust Program, a Donor may be Guaranteed 100% return of their CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION.
