If, as a Principal, you are prepared to make a substantial capital contribution in your own Project, or if you are considering the utilization of Investment Funds in order to realize the balance, or even the total funding of your Project, then we invite you to submit your "Letter of Request" in order to determine if this program may be worthy of your further consideration.
You can help us help you by completing the "LETTER OF REQUEST", and returning it where indicated. In so doing, you can be assured of a prompt response and confidentiality without cost, commitment or obligation.
It is note worthy to mention that we are not able to negotiate through other individuals or brokers, as standard PROJECT GUARANTEE UNDERWRITING procedures, terms and conditions, are established directly on a Principal - to - Principal level. If necessary, a Corporate Resolution may be required.
The methods and formulas used to facilitate PROJECT INVESTMENT/FUNDING GUARANTEES are determined by the Principals directly involved with the PROJECT CAPITAL GUARANTEE PROGRAM.
Projects recommended for acceptance are usually determined by the total amount of required capital, receipt and review of the attendant details and the over-all merit of the individual PROJECT.
If you have prepared a Synopsis or Executive Summary of your PROJECT, and have a desire to better acquaint us with what you are planning to accomplish, please feel free to enclose it with your "LETTER OF REQUEST".
Finally, through affiliations with Financial Resource Institutions, Banks, Insurance and Holding Companies, arrangements can be established to safely offer capital protection that provides a Guarantee(s) for any Investment against Loss of Principal and Return of every dollar utilized to underwrite YOUR PROJECT.
