G. D."Monty" Lyons, has been in the Real Estate, Entertainment and Financial Services Industry for over 25 years.
C.J. Lyons has been involved in the multi-faceted Industry of Entertainment, Motion Picture and Television Production most of her adult life and to date, she has worked with many of the most talented Directors, Producers, Stars and Writers as well as leading Artists’ Agents and Managers while also handling the career activities of many well known Celebrities, Singers and Performers.
Her diverse experience includes Development and Packaging for Television, Feature Films and Special Event Production as well as a history of Independent and Major Studio Projects including numerous Hit Shows, Pilots, Series and Movies-of-the-Week.
AS A YOUNG BUSINESS MAN:
Monty began his career with a management position of 60 employees in his family owned Construction and Aluminum Extrusion Manufacturing company in the Midwest.
Family retirement and business liquidation would find Monty serving in the United States Department of the Army where he would receive official recognition for outstanding achievement and military service as Company Drill Sergeant by his Commanding Officers.
Post Honorable Discharge, Monty would pursue involvement with various Civic and Community Associations and Organizations which included working directly with the Business and Industry Climate of Major Market areas throughout the United States. Later he became a Corporate Consultant and served as a Principal, Member of the Board of Directors and/or Advisor to numerous diversified entities.
AS A MIDDLE BUSINESS MAN:
Monty was Senior Vice President and Principal of a new Southern California Real Estate Company and would be very instrumental in guiding its unprecedented growth to that of a leading prestigious, full service, multi- office firm with over 250 agents, staff and management personnel recording an annual sales volume in excess of $400,000,000. A company created with a vision that remains rich in traditional values today.
With an Economic Downturn looming in the Real Estate Industry, Monty established Domestic Headquarters in Beverly Hills, California where as General Partner, Co-Founder and Managing Director, he would oversee Worldwide Private and Institutional Financial Operations involving Collateral Acquisition (buy/sell), Asset Hypothecation/Discounting, Private Placements and Credit Enhancement Transactions.During this time, Monty also served as Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder to a multifaceted Entertainment Entity involved with Development, Financing and Production of Television and Motion Picture Projects for the Worldwide Theatrical, Video and Cable Marketplace.

Monty has successfully undergone Extensive Background Investigation by a large highly respected and reputable company Chartered nearly one hundred twenty-five years ago, and additionally, one of the Nation's largest Public Companies engaged in Consumer Finance, a Fortune 500 Company and Member of the Standard and Poor's 500 Index, an elite group of Industry and Stock Market Leaders.
He has qualified and received Approval, Clearance, Certification and/or License from State Departments of Authority, Commerce and Economic Development including, State and Federal Government Bureaus, Commissions and Regulatory Agencies.
Having received numerous Production and Ethical Practices Awards from Leading State and National Business and Industry Leaders, today, by way of background, and through Mandated affiliations in the Financial Resources Sectors of the Insurance and Banking Industry, Monty enjoys privileged access to;

Monty and his lovely wife Cj, of over 30 years reside in Southern California and have visited many churches throughout the land over the years and are currently members of the church where they have attended since the late 1980's.
